☆ 4-Week Pilates Club ☆
A relaxed 4-week series for mums who want to move their body, bring their kids along, and meet other mums - without needing a creche or babysitter!
Each week includes a 35-minute Pilates class, followed by a coffee catch-up afterwards.
Kids of any age are welcome, and will remain in your sight throughout the class - whether thats right next to you on the mat, or engaging with the activities nearby! We’ll have a small play area and engaging craft activities available, and a qualified educator will be there to engage with the children, however mums remain responsible for supervising their own child/ren.

Why This Series?
A lot of mums want to make time for exercise, but traditional Pilates studios and gyms don’t always work when you have kids. Some little ones aren’t ready for creche yet, and many mums simply feel more comfortable keeping their child close by. Plus… we all know how quickly creche germs can spread 😅
This series is a simple alternative - you can do a Pilates class while your child plays nearby in the same space. It’s making movement and connection as accessible and inclusive as possible for mums.
What’s Included
Each session includes:
35-minute Pilates class - all levels from beginners to advanced (our wonderful instructor Liv will give you options to choose your difficulty!)
Coffee catch-up afterwards
Simple activities for the kids during class
A relaxed group environment (no pressure, no judgement, everyone is welcome)
Kids Activities
There will be a small setup of simple, engaging activities available for the little ones during class, including:
toys and open-ended play
simple craft activities
play dough, bubbles, and calming activities
A qualified educator will be there to help engage with the children and encourage play while mums enjoy the Pilates session — however, children will remain in your sight at all times and mums remain responsible for their own supervision.
This isn’t a childcare service, but it’s designed to make it easier for mums to join in without stressing 🤍

want a weekly reason to get out of the house
are craving movement and a little time for themselves
want to meet other like-minded mums
want to exercise while still keeping their child close by and in sight.
