During this event, you’ll also enjoy a dedicated mini Mother’s Day photoshoot with For Love and Light Photography, giving you beautiful portraits of you and your children to treasure.
Village is proud to partner with See Subiaco as part of Subi Blooms - the city’s annual floral celebration that fills the neighbourhood with displays of flowers, art and creativity over the Mother’s Day weekend - from 8-10th of May. See more about the festival and what's happening here!
All craft activities are designed so children of all ages can participate, with mum’s guidance and support.

The Village x See Subiaco Autumn Series is a gentle 7-week program designed to help parents connect, slow down, and experience the beauty of Subiaco together. This special series has been created in collaboration with See Subiaco, and we’re incredibly grateful for their support.
Each week, we’ll meet in a different location within the Subiaco area for a curated experience. From lakeside picnics to scavenger hunts and sustainability mornings, this series is all about creating small pockets of magic and belonging in the heart of Subiaco.
Everything is organised for you — just show up, meet the same familiar faces each week, and watch friendships slowly build (for both you and your toddlers - doesn’t get sweeter than that!).

Welcome Morning Tea & Play at Jualbup Lake, Shenton Park
We’ll kick things off with a relaxed picnic by the water, nestled in the shade beside the nature playground. A gentle morning to meet everyone, settle in, and start building connections.

Scavenger Hunt Morning at Theatre Gardens, Subiaco
A gentle, family-friendly scavenger hunt designed to bring a little magic to the morning! We’ll follow clues, explore the gardens, and finish with a relaxed picnic-style morning tea together.

Nature Play Morning at Subiaco Common
A nature play session facilitated by Picnic & Play, followed by time to wander the stunning Subiaco Common grounds together. Think nature play under the trees, relaxed chats, and kids fully in their element.

Sustainability Morning at Earthwise Subiaco
A mindful morning focused on slowing down, creativity, and gentle conversations around sustainability. The kids will enjoy a simple eco-inspired craft, plus a little seedling planting activity to take home.

Coffee Morning at Wholefood Circus, Shenton Park
An easy, social catch-up in the leafy courtyard at Wholefood Circus. A relaxed, slow morning with coffee, conversation, and little ones happily entertained.

Tiny Artists Morning - Accent, Subiaco
A relaxed, creative morning in a beautiful leafy courtyard with art activities for the kids to explore while mums enjoy a catch-up. You can expect painting, clay & play dough creations, and Autumn inspired art activities.

☆ Week 7 — Fri 1 May
Evening Picnic at Market Square Park, Subiaco(5:45pm)
We’ll close the series with a gentle early-evening gathering to experience a very special yet-to-be-revealed artwork together. A cosy picnic, warm conversation, and a sweet creative craft station for for the kids to finish the series in the most magical way.
